The Australian photovoltaic market has continued to grow strongly in recent years, with newly installed photovoltaic capacity in 2021 expected to be about 5.2GW. Household photovoltaic power generation systems with an average installed capacity of more than 10kW accounted for a major share of the total installed capacity last year. The Australian energy storage system market is expected to grow at a CAGR of over 7% during the forecast period 2022 to 2027, and companies are expected to aggressively expand into the local market.
