The Minister for Planning and Development, Prof Ahsan Iqbal recently paid a visit to the Airlink Communication factory located at Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate Kot Lakhpat, Lahore. During his visit, he was given a tour of different departments of the Airlink Communication mobile phone assembly units. The CEO and Executive Director of Airlink Communication Limited, Muzzaffar Hayat Piracha, along with his team, warmly welcomed the Minister and briefed him on the mobile phone assembly facility.

Expressing his pleasure at the opportunity to visit the Airlink mobile phone assembly plant, Ahsan Iqbal praised the state-of-the-art technology used in the production of world-class mobile phone sets. The Minister also discussed the company’s association and support for export from Pakistan with the representatives of Airlink Communication.
