Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited Launches ‘SHOQ’ OTT Platform
Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL), a subsidiary of e& (formerly known as Etisalat Group), has launched its new Over-The-Top (OTT) platform, SHOQ, to provide a superior and immersive viewing experience to data users in Pakistan. The launch event was attended by top executives from PTCL & Ufone, e& life, evision, and STARZPLAY, among others.
Bridging the Gap in Access to High Quality Content
SHOQ is bridging the gap in access to high-quality content in Pakistan by collaborating with evision, the media and entertainment division of e& life. This partnership provides PTCL and other data customers with access to media and entertainment content, blockbuster movies, and seasons from major Hollywood studios. The platform also hosts 100 most watched local and international live TV channels, Pakistani movies and originals to cater to the entertainment needs of the entire family.

It allows registration of up to 5 devices with 2 concurrent sessions at a time and is available for daily, weekly, and monthly subscriptions with two variants: Lite & Premium.
