Examination Timeline and Reopening of Schools

The Punjab Boards Committee of Chairpersons (PBCC) established the official announcement dates for the results of both class 9 and class 10 examinations. These dates have confirmed in the preceding month, adding to the anticipation surrounding the outcome.

Class 10 examinations took place between the 1st and 17th of April, spanning across the entire province. The announcement of the class 10 results subsequently occurred on the 31st of July. Meanwhile, the class 9 examinations commenced on the 18th of April and concluded on the 19th of May, providing students a comprehensive evaluation of their academic progress.

In other news, schools throughout the province have reopened their doors to students after the observance of the summer break. This much-needed resumption of educational activities comes after the School Education Department (SED) officially declared the summer holidays, which commenced on the 6th of June and concluded on the 20th of August. With the return to classrooms on the 21st of August, the academic cycle recommences, and students are ready to embark on new learning experiences.
