Rabel Sadozai, Director Marketing and Sales at Fatima Fertilizer, has awarded the prestigious Chief Marketer Award in the business category by Campaign Asia-Pacific’s Women Leading Change Awards 2023. This annual event, now in its seventh year, recognizes exceptional women who challenge the status quo, inspire innovation, and lead change across various industries. The awards also align with Campaign’s commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion, and equality by showcasing the region’s most inspiring women business leaders, trailblazers, and rising stars who defy biases and stereotypes.

This global recognition is a testament to Rabel and her team’s expertise, leadership, and dedication to innovation, which have contributed to the success of Fatima Fertilizer in the agriculture sector. The Chief Marketer category has introduced for the first time this year and attracted numerous entries from across the Asia Pacific region. Rabel, as the first female in the agriculture sector to hold a high-ranking position, has shattered barriers and paved the way for other women leaders. Her visionary leadership has led to significant milestones, including the proposal and successful implementation of Pakistan’s inaugural Farmer’s Day, an event officially recognized by the Government of Pakistan.

Moreover, Rabel and her team have actively empowered and celebrated women in the agriculture sector through initiatives such as Jugnu Mohsin’s Khaki Desan quest to revive a rare breed of Pakistani cotton, the Sarsabz Kahani web series showcasing Nazo Dharejo’s story of bravery and resilience, and a testimonial-style campaign highlighting the achievements of progressive farmer Rabia Sultan. They have also launched programs like Sarsabz Tabeer to ensure the education and empowerment of female farmers across Pakistan. Their groundbreaking work, focusing on the real-life experiences, challenges, and aspirations of farmers, has garnered both local and international acclaim.

Expressing her gratitude for this remarkable achievement, Rabel said, “I am truly honor to receive the Chief Marketer Award by Campaign Asia. This is a win not only for Fatima Fertilizer but also for Pakistan. This recognition reflects the hard work and dedication of the entire team at Fatima Fertilizer. I am proud to be part of an organization that values innovation and supports groundbreaking initiatives. I would also like to extend my appreciation to Campaign Asia for providing a global platform that recognizes excellence in business and marketing.”
